Francessca O'Donnell inspired many to start on their Midlife Metamorphosis
Thank you to Francessca O'Donnell for her inspiring talk on her personal Midlife Metamorphosis on 20th March. Certainly many in the audience got lots out of her experiences and others could relate to the fear and dilemma of stepping out of our comfort zones. The key takeaway for us was to take courage and do what makes you feel happier.
What did you get out of the workshop? Share your takeaways!
