Ana Martin, Your Mindful Year



Hi, I’m Ana Martin. I’m originally from Spain but made Australia my home many years ago. Over the last 25 years, I’ve been self-employed across various industries, including hospitality, bookkeeping, and apiculture, which taught me resilience and adaptability.

As a naturally curious person, I’ve always been drawn to what makes a life well-lived. Mindfulness became key, but I struggled with consistency amidst a busy life. This led me to create Your Mindful Year, a practical tool to help individuals build meaningful mindfulness habits in just 15 minutes a week.
