THE BUSINESS RESILIENCE PROJECT
The Business Resilience Project is a fully-subsided workplace wellbeing service that provides small business operators with the tools and guidance needed to support resilience and mental fitness for both themselves and their workforce.
The Project connects businesses with local mentors who understand the issues effecting the communities they live and work in. These Business Resilience Mentors work one-on-one to assess the unique needs of each business, providing them with tailored resources and linkages to supports that will educate, inform and enhance their individual and workplace wellbeing.
